About the Brand

We’re working with a fast-growing, premium Pilates reformer company at the forefront of the boutique fitness and wellness space. With strong traction across the UK and Europe, the business is expanding rapidly across studios, gyms, hotels, and wellness operators and now needs a commercially driven Inside Sales Executive to help fuel that growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth fitness brand where your work will have direct commercial impact from day one.

The Role

This is a commercially focused position sitting within a small, high-performing team. The role combines inbound enquiry handling with proactive outreach to identify and develop new business opportunities.

You will play a key role in supporting the wider sales function by ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads and assisting in the conversion of incoming interest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming enquiries and supporting the conversion process for smaller-scale opportunities

  • Engaging with potential customers via email, phone, and digital channels

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities across relevant sectors

  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective clients

  • Supporting senior team members with lead qualification and handover

  • Accurately logging activity and maintaining CRM records

About You
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Naturally proactive with the ability to self-manage workload

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands is advantageous

  • Previous experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation is desirable but not essential
