We are Seeking an Inside Broker to join our growing team. Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines from a wholesaler perspective is preferred, but carrier or retail broker background is acceptable.

How You Will Contribute:
Placement of brokerage business with carrier partners,
Production underwriting
Cultivating relationships with carriers and retail agents, marketing & business planning
Negotiating rates and terms, evaluating coverage & forms
Driving the sales process on both new & renewal business for a lead New Business Broker.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:
Professional Liability Insurance experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree with Emphasis in Business or Risk Management Preferred
Excellent communicator and relationship driven professional.
Strong critical thinking skills
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred – strong PC skills required.
Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to balance multiple tasks/objectives.
Ability to work well with others in a production team environment.

Pay Range
$110,000 - $120,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
