- Coordinate the contracting process by documenting agreed commercial terms and ensuring all relevant information is accurately communicated.
- Maintain up-to-date records of creator communications, negotiations, and partnership progress in HubSpot or other relevant tracking systems.
- Manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously, ensuring sourcing, outreach, and negotiations are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and internal stakeholders to align creator selections and partnership terms with client expectations.
- Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign trackers, and project updates using Google Sheets, Asana, and other collaboration tools.
- Proactively identify potential challenges, communicate project updates, and suggest improvements to sourcing efficiency, negotiation processes, and overall campaign delivery.
