To lead this growth, we are looking for an Influencer Manager France to build, activate, and scale our French creator network across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. We are especially looking for a French native or fully fluent French speaker, ideally based in Germany, with a deep understanding of French culture, social media trends, and what truly resonates with French audiences.

Creator Sourcing and Outreach: You build and own our French creator pipeline, identifying nano, micro, and mid-tier creators across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while spotting new trends and emerging talents before anyone else does
Relationship Management: You run outreach and follow-ups with creators, agencies, and managers, building long-term relationships and negotiating barter, affiliate, and paid collaborations that work for both sides
Campaign Management: You manage campaigns from briefing to publication, coordinating timelines, reviewing content quality, and keeping creators and internal teams in sync
Performance Tracking: You monitor KPIs daily: reach, engagement, promo code usage, revenue, ROAS, and ROI. You maintain a clean database and reporting dashboard and continuously suggest improvements based on the data
Market Intelligence: You follow French social media trends and competitor activity closely, bringing local insights back to the team to sharpen our strategy
You have 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or growth marketing. A previous internship, apprenticeship, working student role, or first full-time position where you have done outreach, managed creators, and seen campaigns through
Experience with the French market is mandatory : you understand French audiences, French creators, and what makes content land in France
You have a strong command of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube as a professional, not just as a personal user. You are comfortable with outreach, negotiation, and the full campaign coordination cycle, and you understand barter, affiliate, and paid collaboration models
You are confident with the KPIs that matter: reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS, promo code revenue, ROI; Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills are a must
Native or fully fluent French is mandatory. You will be writing briefs, negotiating deals, and communicating daily with creators. Professional English is required. German is a plus but not mandatory
You are proactive, resilient, and energetic, with a strong ownership mindset and the organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and conversations at once. You bring good creative judgment, a genuine understanding of French cultural codes, and you are comfortable with outreach, rejection, and the pace of a fast-growing startup
