BENEV is expanding our sales team across the US and actively recruiting experienced Business Development Managers in Aesthetics. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with high commission potential and monthly payouts.

• Operate with a consultative, practice-building mindset; you sell outcomes, not just products.
• Are genuinely self-directed, you manage your own pipeline, your own calendar, and you don't need someone to hand you leads.
• Interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Reps (ISR’s) is a strong plus; you can mentor them while earning commissions on their sales
