We’re looking for licensed, motivated salespeople who are new to Medicare to partner with us as independent agents. No prior Medicare sales experience is required. We’ll give you the training, resources and tools to succeed from day one. How it works

• Get trained. Connie Academy combines live sessions on Zoom with self-paced study. It covers Medicare fundamentals, plan types, enrollment periods, compliance requirements, and how to use Connie’s leads and tools.
• Get support as you start. Earn an onboarding stipend when you complete Connie Academy, plus bonuses as you reach your first sales milestones.
• Build your business. Sell Medicare and Life using leads we provide, with a Market Lead available for coaching and support.

How you’re paid

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. There’s no hourly pay or base salary.

• Commissions on every Medicare enrollment, with higher rates for New to Medicare enrollments.
• Weekly advances on eligible sales, with the remaining commission paid once carrier payment is received.
• Renewal income that grows with your book of business.
• 100% pass-through of the commission we receive on business you generate yourself.
• An onboarding stipend when you complete Connie Academy.
• Sales bonuses as you reach your first sales milestones.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

• Licensed: an active health license is required (life-only or P&C-only licenses don’t qualify). AHIP certification can be completed after you start; we’ll guide you through it.
• Sales experience: a proven track record in sales is required, for example in retail, auto, wireless, mortgage, insurance or inside sales. Customer service or healthcare experience alone doesn’t qualify.
• New to Medicare: welcome! No prior Medicare sales experience required. If you’ve sold Medicare, it’s been for less than a year.
• Entrepreneurial: a self-starter with a go-getter mindset who wants to build their own business.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable on the phone and using sales platforms and digital tools.
• Ready for AEP: eager to make the most of the Annual Enrollment Period, the busiest time of year for Medicare sales.
• Compliance-minded: committed to following Medicare Communications & Marketing Guidelines (MCMG). We’ll train you on them.
• Comfortable with commission-based pay: there’s no hourly pay or base salary, so be prepared for income that’s based entirely on commissions and bonuses.
