What You’ll Do

  • Point of contact for 3PLs

  • Create ASNs for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system

  • Manage SKUs in WMS, including creation of new products in the WMS prior to product launches

  • Monitor all inbound shipments and manage reconciliation of any discrepancies in receipts

  • Monitor 3PL performance to ensure SLAs are met and create weekly summary reports

  • Manage projects at 3PLs, including kitting projects and pack-out of B2B shipments

  • Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to determine efficiencies

  • Help document and improve supply chain processes

  • Manage and assist with key initiatives to drive continuous improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into insights

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment

  • Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

  • Proactive and self-motivated

  • Proficiency in Spanish language preferred
