Overview
The Project Manager II is an independent execution role responsible for owning a full portfolio of employer client onboardings, from kickoff through data go-live, across a range of implementation types. Working closely with Innovu teams (spanning Operations, Distribution, and Client Experience), the Project Manager ensures every onboarding follows established processes and guidelines so that client data is onboarded accurately and client expectations are met.
The Project Manager (PM) is a strong individual contributor role and this individual will independently manage a high-volume portfolio of active employer onboardings, with capacity scaling based on account complexity and evolving internal tools and processes.
