Implementation Clinical Lead - Central and Eastern Europe
As Implementation Clinical Lead, you will lead the Radiology Informatics S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team across Central and Eastern Europe. You will be part of the Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation Central Europe team, reporting to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader Central Europe, and contributing to an inspiring team focused on strengthening and driving the performance of RI S&SD Implementation across the region.


Your role:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 15 Clinical Consulting professionals delivering Radiology Informatics implementation services across Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Ensure the team provides high-quality clinical consultancy for Philips Radiology Informatics solutions, including workflow analysis, solution design adoption, clinical integration and implementation support.
  • Partner with sales, implementation teams and senior customer stakeholders during presales and delivery to validate solution designs against clinical requirements and customer needs.
  • Support successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions by guiding customers through complex implementation, testing, workarounds and the introduction of new functionality.
  • Educate and coach clinical consulting and sales colleagues on RI solutions such as vuePACS and vueRIS, while contributing to methodology development and best-practice sharing.
  • Contribute to strategic policies, evaluation criteria and the European Clinical Consulting Community to strengthen delivery quality and consistency across the region.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering or other clinical relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical Radiology Informatics, ideally with strong RIS/PACS exposure and knowledge of Philips RI solutions such as vuePACS and vueRIS.
  • Proven ability to structure complex clinical or workflow challenges, design effective solutions and translate customer requirements into practical implementation approaches.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging audiences from clinical users to senior customer leaders.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German language skills or additional European language is a strong advantage.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively across Central and Eastern Europe, with expected travel of up to 60%; this may vary depending on business priorities and could occasionally be higher.


Compensation & benefits

The base salary range for this role is €61,185.00–€101,976.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role.

This role is not open to relocation.
