What you'll do
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients regarding U.S. immigration options (e.g., E-2, L 1, EB-5, EB-2 NIW, etc.),
- Assess client eligibility at a high level and explain appropriate visa pathways clearly and confidently,
- Convert inbound leads into signed retainers,
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and professional manner,
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems,
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process,
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. immigration sales,
- Strong knowledge of employment-based and investor and talent visa categories,
- Proven track record in closing high-value legal service sales,
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written),
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and client management skills,
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment,
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
