Your Role and Impact as a Hybrid BCBA:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans, delivering services both in person and virtually.

• Provide virtual BCBA supervision to RBTs and conduct in person session observations.

• Analyze client data remotely and make data driven clinical decisions.

• Collaborate with families and caregivers through a mix of virtual and in person meetings.

• Customize your schedule and service delivery model based on client and clinical needs.

What You Bring (Requirements):

• Master’s degree and current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New Jersey.

• Experience with ABA therapy service delivery and RBT supervision.

• Tech savvy and comfortable providing virtual BCBA services.

• Reliable transportation for in person sessions around the Jersey City area.
