Recruitment & Hiring Support
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and leadership teams
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, databases, and social media
• Assist with candidate communication, follow-up, and interview coordination throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and track background checks, onboarding documentation, and hiring progress
• Participate in and support virtual onboarding sessions for new hires
• Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets, applicant databases, and candidate pipelines
Compliance & Onboarding Support
• Monitor and track employee compliance requirements, including: Professional licenses and certifications, CPR certifications, OIG exclusion screenings, Required onboarding and annual training completion
Additional responsibilities include:
• Sending reminders regarding expiring credentials, incomplete documentation, and pending compliance items
• Assisting with onboarding records and employee file management
• Ensuring timely follow-up on compliance-related requirements
• Administrative & HR Support
• Draft professional HR, onboarding, and recruitment-related emails and communications
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and tracking documents as assigned
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
• Take meeting notes and maintain organized documentation
• Communicate professionally with candidates, employees, vendors, and leadership teams
• Conduct basic online research and administrative support tasks
• Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by leadership
