Human Resources Assistant Manager

Position Overview

This position is responsible for performing and supporting the efficient and accurate execution of payroll processing, time and attendance management, social insurance administration, employee benefits programs and various tasks related to the C&B. 

Key Accountabilities

• Manage payroll outsource vendor for payroll and social insurance operation 

• Manage Time and Attendance system. 

• Local and Global HR data management (Inputting New hire, Updating data like transfer, Salary or termination or other)

• Update of Intranet of HR 

• Handle operation for new hire, transfer and termination

• Other administrative tasks

• Create Time and Attendance data for office worker and variable payment data like commission or others.

• Create contract letter for Contract employees

• Submit various certificates upon employees request Create various HR related reports

• Preparation and execution of labor-management agreements 

• Updating work regulations 

• Paid leave management

• Group Insurance

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of payroll calculation experience 

• Experience only in providing data to payroll vendors is not preferred.） 

• Experience in managing HR related system (Experience in handling Global HR system like Workday is better.) 

• PC Skill (Calculations and statistical data creation by using excel functions)

• Japanese Skill (Native or JLPT1)

• English Skill (Reading, Writing, basic conversation) 

Preferred Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements: 

• Worked in a company with more than 500 employees 

• Handled various employee status and labor control in payroll operation
