Build reliable reporting and attribution, support migrations, and enable go-to-market teams through documentation, office hours, and practical procedures.

Improve lifecycle & pipeline health: Define lifecycle stages/lead status, enforce stage exit criteria, standardize deal pipelines, and prevent stage drift.
Automate the boring stuff: Build/QA workflows, sequences, and enrollments that reduce manual work while preserving data integrity.
Own data quality: Create deduping, normalization, and enrichment routines; establish data SLAs, audits, and cleanup cycles.
Reporting & attribution: Ship trustworthy dashboards (funnels, velocity, campaign ROI), standardize definitions, and document logic to keep exec views consistent.
Integrations & migrations: Scope, configure, and maintain integrations (e.g., forms, ads, chat, Zapier), and support data migrations with mapping, test plans, and UAT.
Email & deliverability stewardship: Govern sender domains, subscription types, and compliance (CAN-SPAM/GDPR) with regular health checks.
Coach the go-to-market teams: Enable Sales/Marketing/Service with documentation, office hours, and just-in-time SOPs.
