Our HubSpot Technologists bridge business strategy with technical execution. Working alongside our RevOps Strategists and Engineering team, you'll design, configure, and optimize HubSpot and connected systems that enable scalable revenue operations.

You'll combine HubSpot expertise, systems thinking, and technical problem-solving to translate business requirements into reliable solutions, improve data integrity, automate processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for our partners.

What You’ll Do - Some high impact opportunities you'll tackle include:

• Improve: Be able to create custom solutions in HubSpot within the first 6 months.

• Build: Understand business and revenue operations objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

• Lead: Ability to map and integrate Multi-System Data Models

• Drive: Ability to BLUF and communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders

• Plan: Ability to scope, plan, and deliver technically complex projects; documents architecture and workflows; communicate updates regularly
  
  👉🏻Success in this role is measured by your ability to translate business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions, deliver technically complex projects with quality and clarity, and build reliable systems that drive measurable outcomes for our partners.

Who You Are - This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Apps Scripting

• 3+ years of HubSpot

• 3+ years of Database Development

• 3+ years Project Management

• 3+ years Rest APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks

• 3+ years HTML and React

• 3+ years of Database Development

• 3+ years of Python 3.x or Node.js scripting experience

• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io
