We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM business processes and administering security at a public company
• Experience managing an HRIS support queue or responding to end-user support requests
• Proficiency creating, executing, and troubleshooting EIBs, along with experience in Workday reporting, including standard and advanced reports and calculated fields
• Understanding of HR business processes across the employee lifecycle, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
