The role in a nutshell

Join Safeguard Global as an HR Services Advisor and support our German market by delivering high-quality HR services to clients and workers. You’ll manage key employee lifecycle activities while ensuring a compliant, seamless, and positive experience.

How you will make a difference:

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, leave, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
• Act as a trusted HR contact for clients and workers, providing guidance on policies, employment matters, and German HR practices.
• Partner with the HR Services Manager, Payroll, Benefits, and regional teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Support payroll, benefits, audits, and monthly HR processes with accurate and timely inputs.
• Take a proactive, consultative approach to client queries, identifying risks and developing practical solutions.
• Contribute to process improvements, HR projects, and employee engagement initiatives.

What will give you an advantage:

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of German employment practices, labour law, and HR compliance.
• Experience with employee lifecycle processes and HRIS/HR systems.
• German B1/B2 and fluent English – essential.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused mindset.

Base salary starts from €41,500.
