Recruiter

Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us attract, identify, and hire great people as the company grows.

This is a hands-on role covering sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.

What you’ll do

• Own the recruitment process from sourcing to offer

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and other channels

• Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates

• Conduct initial screening calls

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Write and improve job descriptions

• Track recruitment activity and hiring metrics

• Help improve the overall candidate experience

• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing

• Strong research and networking skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable reaching out to candidates proactively

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple open positions

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus

• Previous startup or high-growth company experience is a plus
