Job Summary

This position provides timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support to active employees by assisting with the processing of HR transactions, including benefits, salary, and employment status changes. The role responds to employee questions through phone, chat, and AskHR cases while providing guidance on a wide range of HR programs and services, including benefits, leaves of absence, payroll, HR policies, training, and work-life programs. More complex or sensitive inquiries are promptly escalated to the appropriate HR team to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  High School diploma or GED.
•  9 months customer services or administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
•  6 months experience utilizing Office software packages, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•  10-key calculator experience and an aptitude for math.
•  Experience utilizing email.
•  Service oriented and has desire to serve the customer.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of confidentially.
• Organized and detailed oriented.
•  Team player in a high paced team environment.

•  Ability to handle high stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence.

  PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience using PeopleSoft System.

This role is remote position, must complete 2 weeks of onsite training in Richardson, TX.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

This position may be performed remotely from anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base Pay Range

$17.75 - $28.39
