Main responsibilities

  • Continuously improve implementation methodologies and processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting or project management, with at least 3 years working in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in system configurations, integrations, and data migrations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and think critically to drive solutions during implementation.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding and supporting junior team members.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
