This is a hands-on role supporting HR operations across the United States and Canada in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will play an important role in keeping our day-to-day People operations running smoothly, while also helping us build stronger, more scalable HR processes. We are looking for someone with a strong “get things done” mentality who can manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to the details, and work effectively with employees, managers, and the broader People Team.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of experience working within the structure and compliance requirements of a public company, while also being comfortable operating with the speed, flexibility, and changing priorities of a startup environment.

This is a 6-month contract role (20–30 hours per week) with the potential for extension.

What will you be doing?

  • Support day-to-day HR operations across the United States and Canada, ensuring efficient and responsive support for employees and managers.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system updates, background checks, I-9 requirements, and related activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, organizational changes, documentation, workflows, and data within BambooHR and digital employee files.
  • Support HR compliance activities, including SOC compliance, audit requirements, employee documentation, benefits, payroll-related administration, and other People Operations needs.
  • Partner with the People Team to develop, document, standardize, and continuously improve HR processes and workflows.
  • Respond to day-to-day HR questions, provide guidance and resources, and ensure issues are appropriately addressed and resolved.
  • Coordinate HR projects, deadlines, reporting, documentation, and follow-ups across multiple priorities, ensuring commitments are completed on time.
  • Work closely with the People Team and wider business to identify operational gaps, implement practical solutions, and strengthen HR processes and support.

Who are you?

We don't believe in ticking boxes here at Rezolve.

Here are a few skills that we feel would make you successful in the role, but we’d still love to hear from you if you feel you’d be a great fit.

  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting employees across both the United States and Canada, with a solid understanding of relevant HR practices and requirements.
  • Experience using BambooHR to manage employee data, records, workflows, reporting, and HR processes.
  • Experience supporting a public company environment, with strong awareness of compliance, controls, documentation, SOC requirements, audit readiness, and confidential employee information.
  • Strong understanding of how effective People Operations supports broader business objectives, combined with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, employee records, compliance documentation, and payroll-related information accurately.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify what needs to be done, solve operational challenges, and improve processes without requiring constant direction.
