We're partnering with our client, a dynamic organization, to find a talented HR Advisor. This fully remote contract role offers the opportunity to support HR operations and enhance workforce experiences. The position is based in the United States with a preference for East Coast candidates.

*HR Advisor Responsibilities:*
* Provide guidance and support to employees across various HR matters while delivering exceptional customer service.
* Manage a large volume of employee inquiries and requests efficiently.
* Communicate with employees through multiple channels to ensure personalized and timely assistance.
* Conduct audits of HR data systems and ensure all transactions comply with internal controls and SOX guidelines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex HR issues and participate in process improvement initiatives.
*HR Advisor Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
* Proficiency with Workday, including report generation and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
* Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
* Demonstrated ability to follow structured processes and document new workflows.
* Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to project completion.
