We’re excited to offer an opportunity for HR Admin Specialist to join our HR BS .

You are: 

• English level upper intermediate and higher.

With you we will:  

• Timely execute activities and functions in:
• Personal Administration – processing in SF/SAP hire/rehire, transfer, promotion, end of employment, update personal details;
• Time Management – manage in SAP work schedules, resolve anomalies, manage absences / attendances, evaluate time.
• Payroll administration – manage additional and recurring payments and deductions;
• Reporting – preparing internal reporting and reporting to state authorities;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem-solving;
• Initiation of changes and leading testing of SF/SAP installation-specific settings
• Initiating and participation in projects standartization
• Contact center activities
