We are looking for a Home-Based Production Artist to join a growing U.S.-based company in the premium drinkware / promotional products industry. In this role, you will vectorize and prepare artwork for production, set up imprints on promotional products, build product mock-ups for the sales team, and manage proofs from concept through customer approval. You will play a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly from art file to finished product while maintaining a high standard of design quality and accuracy.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

• Organizational & Time Management – Effectively manages multiple design projects and proof requests while meeting strict production deadlines.
• Attention to Detail – Maintains a high level of accuracy in file formatting, imprint sizing, and production specifications.
• Communication Skills – Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams on proofs, revisions, and order status.
• Problem Solving & Analysis – Identifies file and production discrepancies (art, color, sizing) and resolves them efficiently before they cause delays.
• Design & Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of graphic design principles, file formats, image optimization, and color management for print production.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use
• Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations
• Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proofs
• Sending proofs to customers for review and approval
• Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays
• Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions
• Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements
• Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
• Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.  
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. 
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as the ability to deliver visually impactful designs.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 27,000 - 30,000   
• Industry: Promotional Products (Premium Drinkware) 
• Job Type: Full-time 
• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
