Are you a customer-focused professional who thrives in sales support, client communication, and project coordination? We’re looking for a Home-Based Inside Sales Assistant to join our DCX team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors while supporting field-based Sales Representatives through quote preparation, reporting, order coordination, and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with ease, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive sales success.

 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

  • Highly Proficient Communicator: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Prepare and send quotes on behalf of Sales Representatives

  • Create and maintain reports, logs, and documentation

  • Communicate daily with clients and vendors via phone, text and email

  • Support sales reps with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks

  • Use Outlook and Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination

  • Ensure information is organized, accurate, and delivered on time

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support ongoing projects and customer needs

 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field 

  • Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience. 

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours 

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Salesforce

    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams

    • No previous construction site services experience required (but helpful)

    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

    • Fast learner and comfortable with technology

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

    • “Go-getter” attitude and ability to work independently

 

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: PHP 45,000 - 53,000

  • Industry: Recycling and Dumpster Rental Service Provider

  • Job Type: Full-time 

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
