About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-conscious individuals to join our virtual team as Holiday Booking Advisors. In this position, you will help clients move from an initial vacation idea to confirmed arrangements by researching suitable choices, explaining available services, and assisting with the booking process.

Depending on the client, you may work with beach holidays, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, family trips, romantic breaks, group vacations, tours, activities, transportation, and worldwide destinations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Speak with clients to understand where, when, and how they would like to vacation
  • Review preferences such as budget, accommodations, activities, and desired experiences
  • Search approved resources for suitable vacation products and services
  • Research and evaluate resorts, hotels, cruises, packages, tours, and transportation
  • Present relevant choices and explain key details to clients
  • Help clients proceed with the arrangements they select
  • Complete reservation-related steps through approved supplier platforms
  • Check names, dates, pricing, and other booking information carefully
  • Prepare confirmations and keep reservation details organized
  • Track deposits, balances, deadlines, and other booking requirements
  • Contact clients when additional information or decisions are needed
  • Provide updates and useful information before departure
  • Support routine adjustments and booking-related questions
  • Maintain complete and accurate client records
  • Stay informed about destination options, supplier products, and current offers

  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or another qualifying region
