Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - NA, FL 33634Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: 4 Year DegreeTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Category: MarketingDDS Lab is seeking a commercially driven High Aesthetics Portfolio Director to build Curate by DDS Lab into a significant and differentiated growth platform within the premium aesthetic dentistry market. This individual will serve as the commercial leader for DDS Lab's high-aesthetics business, responsible for market development, commercialization, customer adoption, KOL development, and revenue growth. Working across Sales, Marketing, Professional Education, Technical Consulting, Operations, and Digital Innovation, the Director will determine where DDS Lab can win in high aesthetics and build the strategies required to acquire customers, increase adoption, drive repeat utilization, and expand share of wallet. This is not the day-to-day technical or operational owner of Curate cases, but will partner with Technical Consulting organization that will own clinical case support, technical standards, and workflow execution. This role owns the commercial development and growth of the high-aesthetics business.  Qualifications 8+ years of experience in market development, commercial leadership, product management, strategic marketing, business development, or a related growth role. Demonstrated success commercializing clinically or technically complex products, services, or solutions. Proven ability to develop markets, influence customer adoption, and translate market insight into measurable growth. Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, Operations, technical teams, and executive leadership. Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience evaluating commercial performance and developing business cases. Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority. Strong executive presence and comfort engaging clinicians, customers, and senior organizational leaders. Dental, dental laboratory, medical device, healthcare, or similarly technical industry experience strongly preferred. Experience in aesthetic/restorative dentistry and established relationships within the aesthetic dental community are highly desirable. Experience developing KOL or clinical influencer networks preferred. Preferred: The successful candidate will be a builder who combines commercial urgency with customer insight. They will be comfortable moving between market strategy, customer conversations, data analysis, field collaboration, and cross-functional problem solving. Most importantly, they will understand that successful commercialization does not end with a launch. It occurs when customers try, adopt, repeat, advocate, and ultimately generate sustainable growth for the business.
