Requirements

• Valid EU passport is mandatory for eligibility to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Solid computer literacy and the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software with ease and efficiency.
