WHAT YOU'LL OWN

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical, or call center environment (Required)
  • Knowledgeable in medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorization is a strong plus
  • A compassionate communicator — you make people feel safe and well-taken-care-of
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, especially when it comes to sensitive patient information
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing high call volumes
  • HIPAA-aware and committed to confidentiality and compliance
  • Flexible with shifting schedules and reliable in a fully remote setup
