Job Summary

We are seeking a Health Performance Coach to become the operational backbone of client success. This role is ideal for someone with a deep personal and professional understanding of health optimization, biohacking, biomarkers, wearables, and performance protocols. You will work directly with high-performing clients to ensure their health programs are executed with precision. Your focus will be accountability, compliance, tracking, and making sure every element of each client’s personalized protocol is delivered effectively. This is not a clinical role. You will work alongside physicians, medical operations specialists, and the founder to ensure clients stay on track and achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly client accountability calls focused on progress, adherence, and measurable outcomes.
• Track client health protocols, milestones, diagnostics, and performance metrics with exceptional accuracy.
• Ensure all client check-ins, trackers, assessments, and reporting systems are completed on time.
• Monitor compliance with personalized health plans and proactively identify gaps or missed actions.
• Coordinate execution of client protocols, including nutrition, fitness, supplementation, diagnostics, and specialist appointments.
• Maintain detailed client records, ensuring all health data, progress updates, and action items are properly documented.
• Manage timelines for assessments, reassessments, and ongoing optimization plans.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Escalate concerns, delays, or deviations from protocols to the appropriate medical or operations team members.
• Support the founder by taking ownership of the operational side of client relationships.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience or strong personal background in biohacking, health optimization, longevity, or human performance.
• Strong understanding of health metrics, biomarkers, wearables, and data-driven performance tracking.
• Experience working with health tracking platforms such as Oura, Whoop, Apple Health, or similar tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client protocols simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with high-performing clients.
• Comfortable handling confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong accountability mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and ensure consistent follow-through on client commitments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Degree or certifications in biology, kinesiology, nutrition, health sciences, functional medicine, or a related field.
• Previous experience in longevity, precision medicine, functional health, or performance coaching environments.
• Familiarity with blood panels, hormone testing, metabolic markers, genetic testing, and health diagnostics.
• Experience creating fitness programs, nutrition plans, or supplement protocols.
• Background working with executives, founders, athletes, or high-net-worth clients.
• Experience in client success, coaching, or accountability-focused roles.
• Deep personal interest and hands-on experience with biohacking practices and health optimization.
