Garzor Insurance is looking for a dedicated Health and Wellness Director to join our team remotely. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to lead our health and wellness initiatives, ensuring the well-being of our clients and employees in Orlando and beyond.



As the Health and Wellness Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyles and improve overall well-being. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that align with our company’s mission in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees and clients

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make recommendations for improvements

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to enhance service offerings

  • Conduct health assessments and provide individualized wellness plans

  • Organize workshops and seminars on various health-related topics

  • Monitor trends in health and wellness to ensure programs are up-to-date

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in health and wellness program management

  • Strong understanding of health promotion and disease prevention strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness

  • Proficiency in developing engaging presentations and training materials

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
