Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multifunctional commercial teams, including Business Development, Relationship Management, and outbound sales teams

  • Build and improve scalable sales processes, structures, KPIs, and team performance frameworks

  • Drive strategic development of the sales function and identify new growth opportunities

  • Support and improve outbound acquisition strategy, lead generation, and client conversion processes

  • Work closely with senior leadership on commercial planning and business growth strategy

  • Personally participate in key sales processes, strategic partnerships, and enterprise-level deal closing

  • Oversee team performance, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Potentially supervise performance marketing activities connected to lead generation and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, EMI, or financial services

  • Proven experience managing multifunctional sales teams and commercial operations

  • Strong leadership background across Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Sales functions

  • Experience building and improving sales structures, KPIs, and scalable acquisition models

  • Comfortable balancing leadership responsibilities with direct commercial involvement
