We're looking for a Head of Recruitment who can own hiring strategy and execution end to end for a fast-growing, globally distributed team. This role is built for a scrappy, systems-minded leader who knows how to recruit at scale for remote roles, move fast without sacrificing quality, and build repeatable hiring engines from the ground up.

This is not a passive leadership role. You will be hands-on, deeply involved in sourcing, process design, and closing critical hires. If you thrive in startup environments, know how to balance speed with judgment, and enjoy building recruiting infrastructure rather than inheriting it, this role is a strong fit.
