The company works with businesses across Europe, the UAE, and other international markets.
As Head of High-risk Payment Product, you will lead the company's expansion into the iGaming and gambling vertical. Your focus will be on building a strong payment product specifically for iGaming merchants, involving the design of payment flows, banking partnerships, merchant models, and operational processes. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of the iGaming industry and the ability to bridge business, product, compliance, and partnerships.
Lead the company’s expansion into the iGaming and gambling vertical
Define and build payment flows and product structure specifically for high-risk merchants
Design merchant account models, settlement logic, pricing, and operational processes
Build partnerships with banks, EMI providers, PSPs, and other financial institutions suitable for iGaming clients
Work closely with compliance, risk, product, operations, and leadership teams to align product and business goals
Identify and onboard high-value iGaming clients and strategic partners
Take ownership of product requirements and help shape the vertical from zero
Strong experience in payments, fintech, EMI, or acquiring with direct exposure to iGaming / gambling verticals
Deep understanding of iGaming merchant needs, banking limitations, compliance, and operational flows
Experience building payment solutions, merchant onboarding flows, and partner structures for high-risk industries
Strong network within banks, PSPs, EMI providers, or iGaming ecosystems is a strong advantage
Strong commercial understanding and ability to drive both partnerships and revenue growth
Ability to work independently with strong ownership and decision-making responsibility
Result-oriented mindset with strong execution and “doer” mentality
High level of proactivity, initiative, and adaptability to fast market changes
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with international clients
