As we continue to grow, we're seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of Talent Management & Human Resources to lead both our internal workforce and our creator talent ecosystem.

The Head of Talent Management & Human Resources is responsible for developing and leading KeyMik's people strategy across two primary areas:

Internal Talent

  • Employees

  • Contractors

  • Freelancers

  • Interns

External Talent

  • Content Creators

  • Influencers

  • Brand Ambassadors

  • Affiliate Partners

  • Creator Coaches and Trainers

This executive leader oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, creator success programs, compliance, and HR operations while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.



Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or people operations.

  • 3-5+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience recruiting and managing remote teams.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience developing performance management programs.

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing agencies, creator economy platforms, technology companies, or startups.

  • Experience managing creator or influencer programs.

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).

  • Experience with global remote teams and international contractors.
