The team is fully remote, international, and currently consists of around 20 people across marketing, operations, AI, content, design, UGC, PPC, email marketing, and social media.


Role Overview

ELΞMΞNTS is looking for a Head of Growth to take ownership of growth execution and help scale the company’s DTC subscription business.

This is not a purely strategic role. The company already has a marketing strategy in place and is looking for a strong executor who can turn strategy into measurable results.

The Head of Growth will take over key growth and marketing execution responsibilities, manage and coordinate the existing marketing team, and drive paid acquisition, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, highly outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership and autonomy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company’s growth strategy across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.

  • Manage and scale paid acquisition channels, with Meta as the primary channel and TikTok as a secondary channel.

  • Be hands-on with campaign management, testing, reporting, optimization, and budget allocation.

  • Own revenue and growth targets.

  • Analyze and improve key subscription-first metrics, including CAC, retention, LTV, and payback period.

  • Optimize landing pages, funnels, customer journeys, and conversion rates.

  • Work with email and SMS marketing to improve lifecycle performance, retention, and subscription growth.

  • Coordinate the existing marketing and social/content team.

  • Collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution.


Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of marketing/growth experience, including at least 3+ years within a DTC/eCommerce brand.

  • Proven experience growing subscription-first DTC businesses.

  • Strong hands-on experience managing and scaling paid acquisition channels, with Meta as the primary channel and TikTok as secondary.

  • Comfortable being highly hands-on with campaign management, testing, reporting, and optimization.

  • Strong understanding of subscription-first unit economics, including CAC, retention, LTV, and payback period.

  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, including email and SMS.

  • Experience optimizing conversion rates across landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.

  • Experience owning revenue and growth targets.

  • Experience operating within US and/or UK markets.

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher.


Will Be a Plus

  • Experience building and managing internal growth/performance teams.

  • Experience in supplements, health, wellness, or consumer packaged goods.

  • Experience aligning paid acquisition with organic social, content marketing, influencer, and community efforts.

  • Experience building and managing affiliate programs.

  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external contributors.
