What You'll Do

Own and lead the growth strategy across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention

Build and scale the growth function--hiring and managing the team as we grow

Analyze data to identify growth levers, set KPIs, and optimize the customer journey end-to-end

Build scalable outreach and engagement systems using AI tools

Partner with sales, marketing, and product to drive revenue growth and market expansion

Work directly with the founder to shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in growth, business development, or go-to-market roles at startups

Proven track record of driving measurable growth at early-stage companies

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience setting growth KPIs

High agency and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment

Enthusiasm for AI--you're excited to use tools like Claude to 10x your output

Interest in government technology and improving public services

Remote-friendly; able to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and team offsites in NYC

Concourse is an early-stage, fast-growing startup building AI-powered software for state and local governments. This is the CEO's second venture after a successful exit.

We sell technology to state and local governments, aiming to improve public services by replacing legacy, inefficient systems. The core problem we address is the disconnect between tax payments and perceived government inefficiency—often due to outdated technology.

We're building an AI-native company where every team member is empowered to use AI tools like Claude to automate their work. Our team has a hub in Flatiron, NYC, and we support remote roles where it fits the role.
