We're TeleClinic – Germany's leading doctor on-demand and telemedicine platform – and we're on a mission to establish the most-loved digital health platform out there. Our doctors are the heart of that platform: they're the reason patients get fast, high-quality care 24/7. We're growing fast, we're profitable, and we're scaling our doctor network rapidly. To keep that engine running, we're looking for a Head of Doctor Growth (m/f/d) to lead and develop our cross-functional Doctor Growth team and own how we win, onboard and activate the doctors.
Lead the team: manage and grow our sales-driven, cross-functional Doctor Growth mission through coaching, mentoring and hands-on engagement – building a lean, high-performing team that keeps the platform in balance.
Own the full acquisition journey: take end-to-end ownership of all marketing channels and the entire journey from lead generation to successful onboarding and activation – with full KPI responsibility for the number of acquired doctors, cost per acquired doctor, average lead time and the activation of new doctors.
Steer capital-efficient growth: keep a disciplined eye on unit economics (CLV-to-CAC) and scale the most efficient and most appealing way for doctors to treat patients via telemedicine.
Run a relentless growth engine: execute growth initiatives in an agile, fast-paced way, leverage experimentation learnings and discover growth loops to accelerate growth.
Optimize the journey: improve operations from the first touchpoint to successful onboarding by simplifying access, enabling immediate treatment initiation and reducing lead time – so new doctors get fully onboarded and to their habit moment quickly.
Set the strategy: develop the long-term acquisition strategy that sustains TeleClinic's growth path across Germany and scales with us as we expand.
Driven entrepreneur: you breathe lean working methodology, enjoy working in a growth-driven way and are energized by making decisive calls in a fast-paced, uncertain environment. You have a deep understanding of digital businesses.
Empathetic leader: you bring leadership experience in dynamic environments and are a charismatic communicator who is structured, open and transparent – paired with outstanding hands-on operational skills.
Strategic problem solver: you think strategically, can zoom out for the big picture and deep-dive into the detail, and bring very strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experienced growth operator: Several years in a growth or acquisition leadership role, ideally in a marketplace, platform or scale-up environment.
Fluent in German and English.
Nice to have
Experience in healthcare, telemedicine or another regulated market.
Experience working with doctors, HCPs or other professional communities.
