Key Responsibilities
Learn about client travel preferences, dates, budgets, and vacation goals
Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
Compare options and provide information based on individual client needs
Coordinate selected travel services through approved supplier platforms
Organize confirmations, itineraries, schedules, and reservation information
Assist with booking updates, changes, cancellations, and special requests
Review reservation details for accuracy and completeness
Communicate important updates and follow up on outstanding planning items
Maintain organized client and reservation records
Participate in supplier and destination training
