Location & Work Model

We operate under a remote-first model, giving you full flexibility to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who enjoy in-person moments, we offer access to our office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces. In addition, we have the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program, which allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our Agents tribe. Real estate Agents are one of the most crucial touchpoints in our ecosystem. You will be responsible for reimagining the Real estate Agents experience, building tools that make them highly efficient and capable of delivering magic to our users. In this role, you will sit at a strategic layer, working closely with Product and Engineering leadership. We are looking for someone with an exceptional eye for visual design and a bias for action.

What You'll Do:

Raise the bar for visual and interaction design across the Agents' ecosystem. You will go beyond our Design System to create refined, beautiful, and highly usable interfaces.
Build fast, functional prototypes to validate hypotheses directly with our highly engaged Agent community.
Lead by example by incorporating AI tools into your daily workflow to increase speed, quality, and iteration cycles.
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Product Management. You will act as the design anchor, translating complex business rules and operational needs into tangible solutions.

What We're Looking For:

Solid experience as a Staff or Senior Staff Product Designer, capable of delivering at a very high level from day one.
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI/Visual Design and complex problem-solving
A highly motivated professional who seeks out new ways of working and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.

Nice to Haves:

Prior experience designing internal tools, B2B platforms, or solutions for specialized professional audiences that go beyond the general public.
Experience working directly with AI-driven products or have a deep understanding of how to elegantly integrate Artificial Intelligence features into the user experience.
Strong track record of connecting your design deliverables and visual refinements directly to core business metrics and operational efficiency.
Negotiation skills to bridge the gap between complex Operations requirements and Engineering feasibility through tangible design artifacts.
Advanced English skills.
