GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and iterating on data-driven growth experiments to acquire, activate, and retain customers across the funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and product, applying a test-and-learn approach to identify the highest-impact growth levers. The Growth Marketing Specialist is comfortable owning multiple channels simultaneously and uses data to prioritize efforts, validate hypotheses, and scale what works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral channels.
- Identify, prioritize, and test growth hypotheses using structured frameworks (e.g., ICE, PIE scoring).
- Manage and optimize performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, email, and SEO.
- Analyze funnel data to identify conversion bottlenecks and develop strategies to address them.
- Own A/B testing programs across landing pages, ad creative, onboarding flows, and email sequences.
- Collaborate with product, content, and creative teams to execute cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on growth KPIs including CAC, LTV, retention rates, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key growth metrics and experiment results.
- Research and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics.
- Present experiment findings and growth insights to leadership with clear recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles and financial transaction recording.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close processes.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial data management.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with growth in a SaaS, D2C, or ecommerce environment.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying for self-serve analytics.
- Experience with landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow, or similar).
- Background in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Experience building and analyzing customer lifecycle email programs.
