AI Summary

The Growth Marketing Coordinator will execute multi-channel B2B campaigns, including email, content, social media, and events to drive lead generation. They are responsible for managing campaign timelines, building assets in HubSpot, and reporting on performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Coordinator who can turn plans into organized, high-quality execution. You will coordinate multi-channel campaigns, email programs, content, events, social media, sales enablement, and HubSpot workflows that help Immerse reach the right audiences and create demand.

This role is ideal for someone who has a few years in their marketing career who is structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to understand how each activity contributes to pipeline. You will not be expected to define the entire growth strategy independently. You will be expected to manage the details, keep work moving, communicate clearly, and continuously improve execution.

Responsibilities

Campaign execution and lead generation

  • Coordinate integrated B2B campaigns across email, content, social media, events, and other channels.
  • Translate campaign plans into timelines, task lists, briefs, asset requirements, audience segments, and launch checklists.
  • Build, test, launch, and monitor campaign assets, ensuring links, forms, tracking, copy, and creative are accurate.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare clear reports on engagement, leads, conversion, and pipeline contribution.

Email, HubSpot, and marketing operations

  • Build and schedule marketing emails, nurture sequences, lists, forms, landing pages, and simple workflows in HubSpot.
  • Monitor email and funnel performance and recommend practical improvements based on results.
  • Document repeatable processes, templates, and checklists that make marketing execution more scalable.

Content and social media coordination

  • Maintain the content and social media calendars, coordinating deadlines, approvals, design, publishing, and distribution.
  • Draft or adapt short-form content for email, social media, landing pages, newsletters, and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate blog production with internal subject-matter experts and external writers, from brief through publication.
  • Manage the company newsletter process, including content collection, assembly, review, testing, and scheduling.
  • Repurpose existing content across channels to extend its reach and support campaigns.

Events and sales enablement

  • Support webinars, conferences, and field events through timelines, registration flows, promotional campaigns, attendee communications, collateral, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate event logistics and vendors for assigned workstreams, escalating decisions or risks early.
  • Maintain accurate lead capture, upload, routing, and post-event follow-up processes.
  • Create and update sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, presentations, email templates, case studies, and campaign kits.
  • Keep shared marketing and sales resources organized, current, and easy to find.
  • Occasional travel to US events is a plus but not required.

How success will be measured

  • Campaigns and assets launch accurately and on time.
  • Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced leads and pipeline grow over time.
  • Email, landing page, event, and content performance improves through consistent testing and iteration.
  • HubSpot data, campaign tracking, and lead routing remain accurate and useful.
  • Sales receives timely, relevant enablement and properly followed-up leads.
  • Projects are well organized, risks are communicated early, and stakeholders know what happens next.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Strong project-management habits and the ability to coordinate several deadlines without losing important details.
  • Experience supporting email campaigns, content, social media, events, or lead-generation programs.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with careful attention to grammar, accuracy, tone, and audience.
  • A proactive communication style and willingness to raise questions, dependencies, or risks early.
  • Ability to follow established processes while identifying sensible ways to improve them.
  • Professional English proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Marketing tools (HubSpot Marketing Hub, Marketo, etc) including emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HR technology, learning and development, or enterprise marketing.
  • Familiarity with Claude Design, project-management tools, CMS platforms, and webinar tools.
  • Experience working with Sales on lead follow-up, event activation, or enablement materials.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, or another language relevant to Immerse's markets.

About the engagement

  • Independent contractor role, $3,000 to $4,000 USD per month
  • Fully remote, based in Mexico or Brazil (candidates elsewhere in North or South America are welcome to apply)
