Club Insights & Feedback

● Share recurring club marketing needs, feedback, successful approaches, and opportunities with Youth Marketing and Club Operations to help improve support across the LOVB club network.

● Participate in relevant pod or MSM team touch points and communicate capacity constraints, blockers, or emerging priorities as needed.

Required & Preferred Skills/Abilities:

● Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Club Directors, RCLs, marketing contacts, and central teams.

● Strong project management and organizational skills with consistent follow-through.
● Ability to assess when hands-on support is needed, when a club can be enabled to execute independently, and when a need should be escalated.
