We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to lead and scale our paid media efforts.

Role Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, managing paid media campaigns, and optimizing performance across multiple traffic channels. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong media buying experience and a passion for scaling profitable campaigns.

Search arbitrage experience is a strong asset.

This role is remote-friendly but candidates must be based in Vancouver, BC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, etc.)

  • Manage and scale advertising budgets with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and acquisition

  • Monitor and optimize key metrics: CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV

  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting

  • Analyze campaign data and generate performance insights

  • Identify and test new traffic sources and scaling opportunities

Search Arbitrage (Plus):

  • Execute and scale search arbitrage campaigns

  • Optimize keyword bidding strategies and monetization funnels

  • Monitor CPC trends and traffic quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or media buying

  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and budgets

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset

  • Experience with Google Ads and at least one other paid platform

  • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Voluum, RedTrack, etc.)

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Search arbitrage experience

  • Affiliate marketing background

  • Experience in AdTech or performance-driven environments

  • CRO and landing page optimization experience
