In this role, you will:

  • Answer calls from customers regarding their upgrade to a communicating meter.
  • Call customers for follow-ups and to schedule technician appointments.
  • Manage complains and claims regarding service delivery professionally thanks to your empathy and commitment to others.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual – you will need to interact with French and English-speaking people in Québec and will need to answer calls in English between 10% to 15% of the time.
  • Be available to work 5 days up to 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 pm, Saturday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
  • Have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space, within the province of Québec.
  • Aptitude and interest in sales: you are skilled in negotiation, dynamic and persevering.
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment and to multi-task.
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed.

 

Training start date: in July or August
