Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Global Leader - Communications 
The Global Head of Analyst Relations is a critical role within Genpacts marketing and communications team responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts worldwide. This role reports directly into the CMO. This individual will be instrumental in shaping our company's reputation and market presence through strategic engagement with influential analysts. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the professional services industry excellent communication skills and a proven track record in analyst relations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyst Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key industry analysts serving as the primary point of contact for analyst inquiries briefings and engagements.
- Strategic Engagement: Create and execute a global analyst relations strategy aligned with Genpact's business objectives ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
- Briefings and Engagements: Organize and facilitate analyst briefings meetings and events to share insights updates and developments within the organization.
- Information Sharing: Proactively provide analysts with relevant information about Genpact's offerings capabilities and successes.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry analyst reports trends and competitive landscapes providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing sales product and executive leadership to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy.
- Advocacy Programs: Develop and manage programs to engage analysts as advocates including participation in events speaking opportunities and advisory boards.
- Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KP Is) to measure the effectiveness of analyst relations efforts providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Manage the analyst relations budget efficiently maximizing resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Option 1: Boston MA or any analyst center of gravity
- Option 2: Remote with a requirement to travel 25% or more

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

200,000 to 290,000 USD

“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. New York area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
