As we set our sights on scaling beyond Lebanon into new global markets, we’re seeking a Global Head of Expansion to drive our international growth strategy, oversee new market entries, and build scalable systems for long-term success.


Role Overview

The Global Head of Expansion will lead Presentail’s market entry initiatives and establish a repeatable playbook for growth across new geographies. This executive will be responsible for analyzing potential markets, structuring partnerships, navigating regulations, and building operational capacity. This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating with marketing, product, logistics, and local teams to ensure successful launches and sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

Market Strategy & Entry

  • Develop a global expansion roadmap, prioritizing markets based on opportunity, feasibility, and alignment with Presentail’s vision.

  • Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and diaspora insights to validate opportunities.

  • Lead go-to-market strategies for each new region, including pricing, product localization, and brand positioning.

Partnerships & Ecosystem Building

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local suppliers, logistics providers, payment gateways, and cultural influencers.

  • Establish government, regulatory, and compliance relationships in target markets.

  • Cultivate a global partner network to accelerate Presentail’s credibility and trust.

Operational Excellence

  • Build scalable operational processes for fulfillment, customer support, and partner onboarding across regions.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations including taxation, data privacy, and trade.

  • Collaborate with tech and product teams to adapt the platform to local needs (languages, currencies, delivery systems).

Leadership & Team Building

  • Hire and manage regional expansion leads or country managers.

  • Foster a high-performance culture with strong alignment to Presentail’s mission and values.

  • Serve as a senior representative of Presentail in international markets, driving trust and visibility.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in international expansion, business development, or strategic growth (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplaces).

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling operations in multiple countries.

  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills with global stakeholders.

  • Deep understanding of cross-border commerce, diaspora dynamics, and digital platforms.

  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and execution skills.

  • Multilingual capabilities a plus (Arabic, French, English strongly preferred).

  • Willingness to travel frequently to key markets.
