About June

June is an AI-native platform making enterprise system delivery and AI adoption fast and painless. We help businesses implement and evolve the systems they rely on, and put AI to work across their operations.

About the role

Build how June shows up in the world.

We’re looking for a Global Field Marketing Lead to build and own June’s global field marketing programs, bringing our brand to life through standout experiences that create relationships and drive business growth.

You’ll turn conferences, executive gatherings, customer experiences and partner events into qualified opportunities. Working directly with our leadership and sales teams, you’ll own the full process: choosing where we invest, developing creative concepts, getting the right people in the room, delivering exceptional experiences and turning engagement into pipeline.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership, international exposure and extensive travel. You’ll help define the strategy and personally make it happen.

What you’ll do

  • Build and manage a global field marketing calendar aligned with June’s target audiences and sales priorities.

  • Lead conferences, sponsorships, executive dinners, roundtables, customer events and partner activations from concept to completion.

  • Create distinctive experiences that get June noticed and bring the right customers, prospects and partners together.

  • Own budgets, sponsorship negotiations, vendors, agencies, timelines, logistics and on-site execution.

  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts, attract relevant decision-makers, book qualified meetings and accelerate existing opportunities.

  • Own the journey before, during and after each event, including invitations, attendance, lead capture, sales handoffs and coordinated follow-up.

  • Develop event campaigns across email, social media and direct outreach, working with creative and content partners.

  • Build joint programs with technology partners, consulting firms, relevant communities and event organizers.

  • Represent June on the ground and build relationships with senior executives, customers and partners.

  • Measure sourced and influenced pipeline, meeting quality, opportunity conversion and ROI, using results to guide future investment.

  • Build repeatable playbooks and bring customer and market insights back to the team.

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing at a B2B technology company, ideally a growing startup selling to enterprise customers.

  • Experience owning international conferences and events end to end, including budgets and on-site delivery.

  • A track record of connecting field programs to qualified meetings, pipeline and business outcomes.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally at least 40% of the time, including multi-day trips, with flexibility for evening events and collaboration across time zones.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives, budgets and vendors.

  • Confidence in engaging senior executives and representing the company in person.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools and campaign reporting.

  • A creative mindset, attention to detail and resourcefulness when plans change.

  • An entrepreneurial approach: you spot opportunities, take initiative and build programs from the ground up.

Why June

You’ll shape June’s global field marketing presence, work directly with an experienced leadership team and build programs with a visible impact on growth.

You’ll have the freedom to test bold ideas, create memorable experiences and build a function that grows with the company.
