What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage our global stock plans - the administration and related processes - which may include stock options, RSUs, PSUs, ESPP, and other long-term incentive awards, as applicable.

  • Apply country-specific requirements to global transactions, including tax withholding, payroll timing, settlement methods, reporting obligations, eligibility, exchange controls, currency, and data privacy.

  • Maintain ETRADE Equity Edge Online as the authoritative record for awards, participants, transactions, vesting schedules, tax elections, settlement details, and plan documents.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations, including data flows and reconciliations between E*TRADE, Workday, payroll, Finance, the transfer agent and other relevant systems, while driving continuous program improvements through automation, performance metrics, and compliance-focused, human-in-the-loop workflows.

  • Support public-company reporting, controls and governance by partnering with Accounting and Finance on accurate equity data for expense calculations and public disclosures. This includes monitoring our share reserves, plan limits, dilution and transaction activity.

  • Own and support SOX controls, approval workflows, access controls, segregation of duties, reconciliations, exception management, evidence retention, control certifications, and internal and external audit requests.

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Tax, and external advisors on plan interpretation, securities-law requirements, equity agreements, insider trading, Rule 144, and other sensitive matters.

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive global equity education strategy by creating scalable resources, delivering training sessions, maintaining communication calendars, and serving as the primary escalation point for employee inquiries to continuously improve the equity experience.

About You:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in global stock plan administration, equity compensation, executive compensation, payroll, accounting, or a related field; public-company experience strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience administering equity across multiple countries, legal entities, payrolls, and tax jurisdictions, including international employee mobility and country-specific compliance.

  • Experience managing E*TRADE, Workday, brokers, transfer agents, global payroll providers, HRIS teams, tax advisors, and other external vendors.

  • Strong data-management, Excel or Google Sheets, reconciliation, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to explain complex equity, tax, and compliance concepts clearly to employees and leaders; excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. CEP certification or progress toward certification is preferred.
