  • Support NQDC administration, including participant elections, deferrals and distributions, using plan documents and adviser-reviewed Section 409A procedures.
  • Coordinate Canadian retirement program administration with local providers and internal partners.
  • Maintain plan documentation and support committee materials, action tracking and fiduciary records.
  • Partner with Payroll, recordkeepers and advisers to investigate discrepancies and implement approved corrections.

Strengthen Compliance and Controls

  • Support compliance with ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125 and applicable local requirements.

Manage Vendors and Complex Cases

  • Monitor vendor service levels, enrollment accuracy, case resolution and recurring issues.
  • Coordinate operational reviews, renewals, invoice reconciliation and service improvements.
  • Manage Tier 3 complex benefits cases requiring specialized plan knowledge, vendor intervention or policy review.
  • Partner with Shared Services Benefits Specialists, who coordinate employee-facing cases through resolution.
  • Work with Total Rewards Systems on carrier-feed discrepancies, reporting and data reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and knowledge resources for Shared Services and HR partners.
